Rule 4, Acquisition of Certain Area at Ayodhya Act Rules, 1996 [S1Y-WZD]

4. Register of owners.—The Collector shall maintain a register of owners registered under the Act in Form 3, which shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
