2. Amendment of section 26.—In section 26 of the Jammu and Kashmir (Extension of Laws) Act, 1956 (62 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "twenty-five thousand rupees", the words "one lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
