11. Procedure for the carrying on of business.—(1) Every person carrying on business shall, before undertaking the carrying on of business, intimate the Registrar in writing, specifying the goods concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Registrar may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
