2. Amendment of section 33.—In section 33 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "fifteen days" shall be substituted.
