Section 49, Special Court (Trial of Offences Relating to Transactions in Securities) Act, 1992 [S1X-289]

49. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every listed company shall maintain such records and registers relating to the listing of securities as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every listed company shall furnish to the Board a return in Form B within fifteen days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the Board may, by order in writing, require.
