13. Procedure for the use of a transport vehicle.—(1) Every permit holder shall, before undertaking the use of a transport vehicle, intimate the State Transport Authority in writing, specifying the driving licence concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The State Transport Authority may, within seven days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
