Section 10, Armed Forces (Jammu and Kashmir) Special Powers Act, 1990 [S1W-F7E]

10. Power to exempt.—The Central Government may, if it is satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, by notification, exempt any class of licensees of a firing range from all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification.
