2. Amendment of section 28.—In section 28 of the Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster (Processing of Claims) Act, 1985 (21 of 1985) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "twenty-four hours", the words "seven days" shall be substituted.
