Rule 11, Religious Institutions (Prevention of Misuse) Act Rules, 1990 [S1W-E68]

11. Procedure for the running of an institution.—(1) Every institution shall, before undertaking the running of an institution, intimate the Commission in writing, specifying the institution concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Commission may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
