14. Procedure for the taking of evidence on commission.—(1) Every commissioner appointed by the court shall, before undertaking the taking of evidence on commission, intimate the High Court in writing, specifying the copy concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The High Court may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
