2. Amendment of section 61.—In section 61 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "one hundred and eighty days" shall be substituted.
