2. Amendment of section 26.—In section 26 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "one hundred and eighty days" shall be substituted.
