Section 11, Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 [S1V-2DP]

11. Registration of legals practitioner.—(1) Every legal practitioner shall, within sixty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the practice of law after such commencement, within sixty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the High Court in Form C, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees. (2) The High Court shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No legal practitioner shall carry on the practice of law unless registered under this section.
