14. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every private body funded by a public authority shall maintain such records and registers relating to the receipt of public funds as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every private body funded by a public authority shall furnish to the Central Information Commission a return in Form C within ninety days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the Central Information Commission may, by order in writing, require.
