2. Amendment of section 46.—In section 46 of the Calcutta High Court (Extension of Jurisdiction) Act, 1953 (41 of 1953) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "one hundred and twenty days" shall be substituted.
