Section 10, Goa, Daman and Diu Mining Concessions (Abolition and Declaration as Mining Leases) Act, 1987 [S1V-AYG]

10. Power to exempt.—The Central Government may, if it is satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, by notification, exempt any class of managers of a mine from all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification.
