4. Registration of guardians appointed by the court.—(1) Every guardian appointed by the court shall, within ninety days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the management of the property of a minor after such commencement, within thirty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Registrar General in Form II, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees. (2) The Registrar General shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No guardian appointed by the court shall carry on the management of the property of a minor unless registered under this section.
