2. Amendment of section 14.—In section 14 of the Manipur (Sales of Motor Spirit and Lubricants) Taxation Act, 1962 (55 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
