2. Amendment of section 6.—In section 6 of the British India Corporation Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1981 (29 of 1981) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "one hundred rupees", the words "four thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
