2. Amendment of section 11.—In section 11 of the Parliament (Prevention of Disqualification) Act, 1959 (10 of 1959) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "one lakh rupees", the words "twenty-five thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
