2. Amendment of section 41.—In section 41 of the Comptroller and Auditor General's (Duties, Powers and Conditions of Service) Act, 1971 (56 of 1971) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "two thousand rupees", the words "two hundred rupees" shall be substituted.
