Rule 10, Chit Funds Act Rules, 1982 [S1S-893]

10. Procedure for the consignment of goods.—(1) Every consignor shall, before undertaking the consignment of goods, intimate the Registrar in writing, specifying the consignment concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Registrar may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
