11. Procedure for the carrying on of a licensed activity.—(1) Every licensee shall, before undertaking the carrying on of a licensed activity, intimate the Controller in writing, specifying the register concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Controller may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
