2. Amendment of section 13.—In section 13 of the Bihar Land Reforms Laws (Regulating Mines and Minerals) Validation Act, 1969 (42 of 1969) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "one hundred and eighty days" shall be substituted.
