10. Procedure for the carriage of passengers by air.—(1) Every air transport undertaking shall, before undertaking the carriage of passengers by air, intimate the Director General in writing, specifying the flight concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Director General may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
