2. Amendment of section 47.—In section 47 of the Muslim Personal Law (Shariat) Application Act, 1937 (26 of 1937) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ten thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
