Rule 2, Brahmaputra Board Act Rules, 1982 [S1S-6RS]

2. Definitions.—(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Brahmaputra Board Act, 1980 (46 of 1980); (b) "Form" means a form appended to these rules; (c) "section" means a section of the Act. (2) Words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
