2. Amendment of section 46.—In section 46 of the Salary and Allowances of Leaders of Opposition in Parliament Act, 1977 (33 of 1977) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "twenty-one days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
