10. Procedure for the carrying on of business.—(1) Every body corporate shall, before undertaking the carrying on of business, intimate the Controller in writing, specifying the premises concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Controller may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
