Rule 2, Company Secretaries Act Rules, 1980 [S1R-GQX]

2. Definitions.—(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (56 of 1980); (b) "Form" means a form appended to these rules; (c) "section" means a section of the Act. (2) Words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
