Section 46, Anti-Apartheid (United Nations Convention) Act, 1981 [S1R-S5X]

46. Registration of licensees.—(1) Every licensee shall, within sixty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the carrying on of a licensed activity after such commencement, within thirty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Controller in Form B, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees. (2) The Controller shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No licensee shall carry on the carrying on of a licensed activity unless registered under this section.
