2. Amendment of section 28.—In section 28 of the Richardson and Cruddas Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1972 (78 of 1972) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
