11. Procedure for the procurement of goods and services.—(1) Every procuring entity shall, before undertaking the procurement of goods and services, intimate the Comptroller and Auditor-General in writing, specifying the bid concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Comptroller and Auditor-General may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
