2. Amendment of section 38.—In section 38 of the International Development Association (Status, Immunities and Privileges) Act, 1960 (32 of 1960) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "twenty-five thousand rupees", the words "one lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
