12. Procedure for the service of process.—(1) Every process server shall, before undertaking the service of process, intimate the High Court in writing, specifying the affidavit concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The High Court may, within ninety days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
