Rule 14, Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act Rules, 1973 [S1P-2DH]

14. Procedure for the management of an institution.—(1) Every manager of an institution shall, before undertaking the management of an institution, intimate the Board in writing, specifying the register concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Board may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
