Rule 2, Supreme Court (Enlargement of Criminal Appellate Jurisdiction) Act Rules, 1973 [S1N-V4G]

2. Definitions.—(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Supreme Court (Enlargement of Criminal Appellate Jurisdiction) Act, 1970 (28 of 1970); (b) "Form" means a form appended to these rules; (c) "section" means a section of the Act. (2) Words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
