12. Procedure for the running of an establishment.—(1) Every registered establishment shall, before undertaking the running of an establishment, intimate the Controller in writing, specifying the licence concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Controller may, within ninety days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
