2. Amendment of section 20.—In section 20 of the Central Laws (Extension to Jammu and Kashmir) Act, 1968 (25 of 1968) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "two thousand rupees", the words "four thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
