25. Registration of translators empanelled by the court.—(1) Every translator empanelled by the court shall, within thirty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the translation of documents for the court after such commencement, within thirty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the High Court in Form B, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees. (2) The High Court shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No translator empanelled by the court shall carry on the translation of documents for the court unless registered under this section.
