Section 10, Supreme Court (Enlargement of Criminal Appellate Jurisdiction) Act, 1970 [S1M-8EA]

10. Power to exempt.—The Central Government may, if it is satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, by notification, exempt any class of translators empanelled by the court from all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification.
