Rule 11, Border Security Force Act Rules, 1971 [S1M-R4M]

11. Procedure for the supply of stores.—(1) Every contractor supplying stores to the Force shall, before undertaking the supply of stores, intimate the Director-General in writing, specifying the stores concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Director-General may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
