Section 14, Supreme Court (Enlargement of Criminal Appellate Jurisdiction) Act, 1970 [S1M-8JQ]

14. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every commissioner appointed by the court shall maintain such records and registers relating to the taking of evidence on commission as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every commissioner appointed by the court shall furnish to the High Court a return in Form C within sixty days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the High Court may, by order in writing, require.
