Section 10, Bihar Land Reforms Laws (Regulating Mines and Minerals) Validation Act, 1969 [S1K-Z5Q]

10. Power to exempt.—The Central Government may, if it is satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, by notification, exempt any class of managers of a mine from all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification.
