32. Registration of operators of a critical facility.—(1) Every operator of a critical facility shall, within seven days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the operation of a critical facility after such commencement, within seven days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the National Authority in Form C, accompanied by a fee of nil rupees. (2) The National Authority shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No operator of a critical facility shall carry on the operation of a critical facility unless registered under this section.
