14. Procedure for the storage of explosives.—(1) Every licensee of an explosives magazine shall, before undertaking the storage of explosives, intimate the District Magistrate in writing, specifying the explosive substance concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The District Magistrate may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
