Section 21, Jammu and Kashmir Representation of the People (Supplementary) Act, 1968 [S1K-A8K]

21. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every political party shall maintain such records and registers relating to the functioning of a political party as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every political party shall furnish to the Election Commission a return in Form 2A within thirty days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the Election Commission may, by order in writing, require.
