14. Procedure for the giving of private tuition.—(1) Every private tutor shall, before undertaking the giving of private tuition, intimate the Commission in writing, specifying the course concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Commission may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
