Section 14, Railway Property (Unlawful Possession) Act, 1966 [S1J-RYG]

14. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every railway servant shall maintain such records and registers relating to service on a railway as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every railway servant shall furnish to the Railway Administration a return in Form C within sixty days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the Railway Administration may, by order in writing, require.
