Section 32, Goa, Daman and Diu (Administration) Act, 1962 [S1H-C75]

32. Registration of riparians owner.—(1) Every riparian owner shall, within sixty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the drawing of water from a river after such commencement, within sixty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Board in Form C, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees. (2) The Board shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No riparian owner shall carry on the drawing of water from a river unless registered under this section.
